Answer: Moral compensation, provided that it is included in the policy, includes an appropriate financial payment to the injured person or his/her relatives in cases such as severe physical damages or death. Moral indemnity, also known as ‘blood money’, is not a penalty and does not aim to compensate for a legal loss. If not added to the policy, this coverage is not covered.
